I’ve been thinking of who to ship her with and I’ve come up with three options. I found all these characters super intriguing, and they certainly felt very developed for side characters. Zara is a surprisingly down-to-earth daydreamer desperately attached to her play.

Zara and Eli are both such well-developed and compelling characters. I just got approved for an ARC of this a few days ago and it sounds super good.

There are so many tiny moments where you can feel the heart-arresting sensation of first love. Eli is the more cynical of the two, with a passion for lighting and a deep love of the theater. I genuinely do not remember the last time I read a book written so beautifully.
